Monica Hammerick is a first time author of The Give Back Sack.  Born and raised in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan, Monica grew up making and creating with her mom...sewing, crafting, and cake decorating. Many years later, she went on to graduate from Central Michigan University and married her college sweetheart, Todd. Together, they are raising their two children in southeastern Michigan.  Monica is an elementary teacher, Girl Scout leader and memory maker.  She loves creating meaningful traditions for her family that instill good values and morals.  Monica loves French fries, ice cream, coffee and learning.
